We had a pleasant stay at the hotel over the weekend. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the hotel provided a warm welcome with complimentary champagne and cookies, a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and attentive, saving us a lot of time with their assistance.
There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
